The evaluation system is divided into value assessment, competency evaluation, performance evaluation, and focuses on fostering talent. The evaluation results are used for promotion, selection of position holders, compensation and education.

By providing a competitive compensation package, SK E&C is trying to contribute to the stable livelihood of employees and motivate them to work harder. Completely based on performance and the highest level of competency in Korea, we are building a performance-oriented compensation system so that employees can be fairly compensated according to their respective performance. Also, when the business goals of the company are accomplished, performance will be shared according to the level of contribution of each organization and individual. We call this our IB (Incentive Bonus) system.
