With regard to wired and wireless networks, we built the largest network infrastructure in Korea by deploying the nation’s most extensive network of base stations and high-speed information & communication networks that span the country. We are also expanding our business to include state-of-the-art 4G (LTE) mobile communication networks, broadband communication networks such as FTTx, and “Smart infrastructure” and “Smart Plants.”

In particular, we took advantage of our strength in plant EPC operation to win a contract for the Qatar Dukhan Project in 2010. We also made inroads into a new market called the large-scale plant communication system, and won a contract for GSUP (GDS SCADA Upgrade Project) as well as a contract for the FTTx Projects for STC and Mobility, Saudi Arabia’s No. 1 and No. 2 common carriers. Our competency in telecommunication construction, recognized as No. 1 in Korea, is also proven in global markets.
