The SK CHEMICAL Eco Lab, Korea’s No. 1 eco-friendly building, was constructed using 101 eco-friendly energy and IT technologies. As soon as it was completed it received the highest score in the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs’ eco-friendly architecture certification, and acquired the highest Platinum grade from LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), a US environment-friendly building certification system. SK has gone on to construct landmark buildings such as the critically acclaimed W-Hotel, the first 6-star hotel in Korea, and T-Tower, a state-of-the-art business facility. Now SK is presenting fresh, new perspectives on urban design.  

SK has also developed large-scale multi-purpose facilities where you can find everything from housing and shopping centers to offices and leisure facilities in Incheon Dohwa, Asan Baebang and Paju Unjeong, projects that are opening a new model for local development and presenting a new concept of real estate development.
